Since the Islamic revolution led by Khomeini successfully established the Islamic Republic in 1979, the friendly relations between the two countries have developed continuously, and humanities exchanges have become an important part of the friendly relations between the two countries. Based on a brief review of the tradition of humanities exchanges in the history of the two countries, this paper makes a diachronic review and investigation of the development course, present situation, achievements, characteristics and existing problems of the contemporary humanities exchanges between China and Iran since 1979, and puts forward the prospect of the future planning of humanities exchanges in the “the Belt and Road Initiative” jointly built by the two countries.</p> ER -
